Telangana govt offers 90 per cent discount on payment of pending traffic challan
The Telangana government has announced that it will offer 90% discount on pending traffic payment from December 26, 2023 to January 10, 2024. To avail this offer, vehicle owners will have to verify their challan by visiting the site Telangana Traffic e-Challan website and pay the concessional amount online.

Under this offer, 90% discount will be given on pushcarts. The owners will have to pay only 10 per cent of the challan amount, while the remaining 90 per cent will be waived. The same relaxation has also been given to RTC drivers. 80 per cent of the challan amount for two- and three-wheelers has been waived. For cars, other light motor vehicles and trucks and other heavy motor vehicles, the discount is 60 percent.
